Iran buys about 400,000 tonnes wheat from EU – trade – RTRS
HAMBURG, Oct 2 (Reuters) – Iran has purchased around 400,000 tonnes of wheat to be sourced from the European Union, traders said on Thursday.
Main source countries were likely to include Germany, Poland and Lithuania, they said.
The purchases were made in the past five days at between $275 to $280 a tonne c&f, they said.
